This years CUDA conference ‘Guiding Principles for the Future’ will take place on January 27th 2024 at the Hodson Bay Hotel in Athlone.
CUDA aims to help delegates develop a greater understanding that the futures of their credit unions are influenced by their principle / value based decisions. Therefore, it is critical to understand what those values are.
They are influenced from our past and present values and behaviours. We want attendees to leave with a greater appreciation of their ‘culture’. This will help them with future decision making and strategic planning. We also want attendees to gain a greater appreciation of the skills that will be required for the future they choose.
