So far this year’s Golf Classic has raised €1,340. This amount included a donation from SP3 Services, who specialise in IT Governance & Management consulting, who could not participate on the day and kindly donated their €500 fee. A number of Credit Unions have provisionally made a commitment to support this cause, and indeed if there are others wishing to do so, please let us know this week so that funds can be forwarded to the Galway Hospice ASAP.
On behalf of CUDA, I would like to extend a special word of thanks to Michael O’Mahony, Chair, CUDA National Council for presenting the prizes to the winners. We also wish to thank CUDA Golf Committee, PJ McAndrew, John Matthews and Tony Flanagan, who dedicated their time and effort in making this year’s event a great success. Thanks also to Frances Molloy (Dundalk CU), Martina Sheridan (Blanchardstown CU) & Mary Caulfield (St. Anthony’s) for assisting on the day and with raffle ticket sales.
Once again, our sincere thanks to one and all, for your support and we look we forward to meeting at future events.
